Muay Thai / Kickboxing
Muay Thai and kickboxing taught with the same round-by-round conditioning as the boxing program.

What it is.
Muay Thai adds kicks, knees, elbows and clinch work to the boxing toolbox. Kickboxing keeps the focus on punches and kicks. Both are coached group classes on the same training floor.
Classes build from stance and movement into combinations on bags and pads. If you are coming from boxing, expect your hips and your gas tank to find new work.
