Jiu-Jitsu (Gi & No-Gi)
Gi and no-gi classes that start with technique and end with rounds on the mat.

What it is.
Jiu-Jitsu is the grappling half of the Odyssey floor. Classes run in both gi and no-gi, so you can learn the same positions with and without a jacket to hold.
A class starts with movement and technique, then gives you time to drill it with a partner before controlled rounds. Tell the coach it is your first class and they will pair you with someone who will keep the pace useful.
